Q. I have successfully converted my PDF file to a DOC file, but
some objects are misplaced. What do I do?
A. In Smart PDF Convertor, click Advanced Options, select the DOC tab,
and choose the Exact method.
Q. It is really hard to edit converted Word files. What do I do?
A. After you set the output format to DOC, click Advanced Options, select the DOC tab, and choose the Flowing method.
Q. When I try to open my converted HTML file, a window
appears, saying: "To help protect your security, Internet
Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content
that could access your computer". What do I do?
A. The All pages in one HTML page using buttons method uses JavaScript to create the buttons, which you click when reading through the pages. This message does not appear if you upload the HTML document to the Internet; the message appears if you try to access the HTML on a local computer. For the page to correctly display, click the warning sign and click Allow blocked content.
Q. What is the difference between the Trial version and the
Full version?
A. The Trial version converts only the first three pages of your document.
